Dubai is a developed economy and developers are coming up with amazing residential projects. The project which is worth Dh400 million will be ready in the second quarter of 2019. The land was bought in 2015, construction started in 2016. Within 8 days, one floor is completed. According to Latif Habib, till 2018 summers we will be done with at least 17 floors.

For the customers, the developers have given the public access to their to experience center located in marina plaza. According to the source, buyers have many options to choose from, we want to show them our progress before starting the sale. According to the CEO, our main aim is to give healthy look to our construction. Our team of experts is working on every new design and concept to give the best view for each apartment.  

As per the CEO expectations, we are not looking for the overseas market to invest as our local demand is huge. Local investors and owners are really interested in the property because of the location and competitive payment plan.

The residents will have access to private beach and around 70% of the flats will give a beautiful view of Dubai Marina.

The L-I-V developers have made success stories in New York and Los Angeles by building homes as per clients taste and they have projects going on in Turkey.  The tailed made villas are also constructed in emirates hills. The develop holds major land ownership in Dubai landmark areas and is looking for some more slots.
